No big deal...

... Except it is!

Omg. Last night was the last Ultimate Frisbee game of the season, and my final game as team captain. It's been a scary summer--not knowing if we'd have enough of our 20+ roster to field a team, and worrying people were planning a coup because our record was looking less than stellar.

But all the worrying was for naught because... WE WON!

Well, sort of.

*scuffs toe*

Not a game, per se. But we won the league spirit award, which includes a wall plaque (which I took home with me with plans to hang it from Yaris' rear mirror) and pink, red, and black visors for the team! Three cheers for I'm With Stoopid:

Hip hip hurray!
Hip hip hurray!
Hip hip hurray!

I'm pleased as punch dudes, and proud as a mother hen. Nice work, I'm With Stoopid. Thanks for sticking with BJ and I and seeing it through to the end. You're real chums.

*blush*

p.s. And thank the sweet baby Jesus we finally won something!
p.p.s. Could I look more excited in this picture? Ugh, and I swear I have a wonky eye... *sigh*

p.s. Thanks, Bert. I knew you'd be proud of me. Even though you were a bit of a d*ck this morning at 5:00 when you wanted a minute-by-minute play back of the game. Couldn't it have waited until 6:30?
